I felt like a VIP with their attentive service, as if I were a long-lost friend they were ecstatic to reconnect with.

We truly enjoyed being here. The stay here was very comfortable for town and the volcano boat trip. Very central location short walk to all cafes & shops, shops and restaurant and waterfront and centre and harbour, it was in a great area. Big size rooms were bright with spa bath

spa bath breakfasts were delicious bed very comfortable catered for our needs well with heating and cooling facilities

hot water not constant. faded in and out in the mornings and very little hot water left after 9am.

The weather was fantastic, and I enjoyed my stay here, especially the volcano boat trip and the modern executive studio with a lovely spa bath in the bathroom.

Staff were excellent very friendly and extremely helpful. Spa suit was perfect exactly what I wanted 10/10

Unexpected visitor - a sea elephant came ashore during my stay! 🌊 It was a thrilling experience to witness such a unique encounter here.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the main shopping street, restaurants, cafes, and the wharf. It is very close to White Island Tours and the river, making it easy to enjoy various walks in the area. Guests can also find a Turkish Kabab House nearby to grab a bite to eat.

So glad we choose it, it's best base for staying in Whakatane. The staff is very obliging and exceptionally wonderful.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants and the White Island tour boat, making it a central spot for exploring and dining in the area.

Great location and friendly staff, nice place to stay.

There were cobwebs above the heatpump and the beds are too hard, I wake up with a sore back every morning, and only one bar of soap we ran out and did not have enough for the next morning. Those are my only concerns the rest of the place is excellent. Room 2

The staff at Tuscany Villas Whakatane were immensely pleasant and supper friendly. the rooms are new-fashioned, complete with a spa bath.
